About Walnuts
Walnuts. ge is a brand that is passionate about the agricultural sector in the Republic of Georgia. Founded by a team of international and Georgian entrepreneurs with expertise in agriculture, investment, law, and finance, they believe in the immense potential of walnuts.
With over 150 hectares of Chandler & Howard walnut varieties, they have become one of the largest producers of nuts in the country. In 2021, they started transitioning their project into biodynamic production, and in 2022, they began producing their own fertilizer under the brand LLC Ecocompost. They are also constructing a facility for processing, harvesting, and cracking nuts.
Walnuts. ge is proud to be a member of the Almond & Walnut Producer Association and has a dedicated team overseeing operations. David Bukhnikashvili, with a background in hazelnut production, is responsible for technical oversight, while Ivo Siewert, formerly a derivatives trader, leads the growth strategy and sales management.
With partnerships with organizations like Acdi Voca, USAID, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Walnuts. ge is committed to creating high-quality products and contributing to the agricultural growth of the Republic of Georgia
