About War Child Nederland
War Child Holland is an independent and impartial international NGO that is dedicated to creating a peaceful future for children and young people affected by armed conflict. Their aim is to support children from all backgrounds, regardless of their religion, ethnicity, social background, or gender. They base their work on the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
War Child Holland implements programs in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, South America, and Europe, with their headquarters located in the Netherlands. Their website, www. warchildholland.
org, provides more information about their mission, projects, and how to get involved. Since joining in 2018, War Child Holland has been a Full Member of the organization. They continually assess their operations and have recently completed a self-assessment in November 2020.
