Alan Warrener (Consultant Partner) Alan is a commercial attorney who has been in practice since 1994. Alan is an expert in Sectional Title Schemes, Residential Estates and Property Law. Alan also has extensive experience in Commercial Transactions and in Commercial and Civil litigation in both the High Court and Magistrate’s Court and in arbitration. Alexa de Agrela (Director) Alexa is an admitted Notary Public and litigation attorney with High Court right of Appearance. Alexa’s main areas of practice are in Commercial and Civil Litigation in both the High Court and Magistrate Court respectively. Alexa has been practising law since her admission in 2015. Shanné de Klerk ( Attorney – Labour Law and Litigation) Shanné was admitted as an attorney in 2015 and specialises in Labour Law as well as Civil Litigation in the High Court and Magistrate’s Court respectively. Shanne is also experienced in Debt Collections. Christelle Zietsman (Attorney – Litigation and Administrative Law) Christelle is a practising attorney with High Court right of Appearance specialising in Family Law, Debt Collections, Administration of Deceased Estates as well as Taxations. She was admitted as an attorney in 2015.
