Warrior Academy

Warrior Academy is a sports and martial arts training organisation serving Almere and Lelystad since 2007. With more than 700 members, it offers coached programmes for children, adults and people aged 50 and over, focused on fitness, kickboxing, self-defence, and physical and mental resilience. Its experienced, pedagogically certified coaches provide personal guidance in both group classes and individual sessions, welcoming participants of different ages and experience levels.

Children’s programmes are tailored to age and development, from Warrior Skillz Monkey’s for ages three and four and Ninja’s for ages five and six to Warrior Skillz ABC for ages seven to nine. Classes build coordination, discipline, confidence, social skills and practical self-defence in a supportive environment. Adults can choose Fitness Kickboxing, combining boxing, kickboxing and fitness for a full-body workout, or pursue personal goals through one-to-one training. The academy also provides small-group fitness classes specifically designed for over-50s. Workshops and clinics are part of its wider offering.
