Warton Carnival

Warton Carnival is a volunteer-run community organisation serving the village of Warton in Tamworth. Its committee works throughout the year to bring residents together through carnival celebrations, local events and community updates. The annual Carnival Day is a central highlight, featuring live entertainment, music, dance, family activities and performances from local talent and cultural groups. The programme also includes a Royal Carnival Float, accompanied by walking groups, performers and other floats and vehicles, with village children invited to take part in the carnival royalty tradition.

Alongside the main carnival, Warton Carnival shares details of upcoming events, including community discos and activities supporting the selection of Carnival Royalty. Its website provides event announcements, news, schedules and information about the committee and ways to get involved. Residents can subscribe to the community newsletter for local updates and news about ticket sales. The organisation welcomes new committee members and donations to help sustain the carnival, and provides a contact form and Facebook connection for the community.
