Wasatch K9 Fitness and Training is a dog-training and conditioning business serving Utah’s Salt Lake Valley and Wasatch Front, with mobile and in-home options and select programs available nationally. Its structured, five-pillar approach develops reliable, confident dog-and-handler teams through deliberate progression, beginning with foundational engagement, communication, and obedience. Training is tailored to each team’s starting point and goals, with an emphasis on clarity, consistency, and skills that hold up under pressure.
Programs include group classes, private lessons, board and train, drop-in group classes, and day-train packages. Specialized offerings cover dock diving, air retrieve, detection and scent work, K9 fitness, and service-dog development. Wasatch also offers preparation or training connected with certifications and activities such as AKC Fit Dog, Canine Good Citizen, AKC Trick Dog, North America Diving Dogs, and Detection Dog Trials.
The business is led by founders Theresa and Craig, whose work spans foundational obedience, service dogs, canine fitness, scent detection, and dock diving.
