About Washington Square Review
Washington Square Review is an award-winning literary journal that showcases new fiction, creative nonfiction, poetry, translations, and interviews. Published biannually by the students and faculty of the NYU Graduate Creative Writing Program, it has gained recognition for its exceptional content. The journal has received several accolades, such as being a finalist for the 2019 CLMP Firecracker Award in the Magazine: General Excellence category and having works selected for prestigious publications like the Pushcart Prize Anthology and Best American Nonrequired Reading.
