Wasidah Wellness is a New York City holistic health and wellness practice led by Wasidah Francois, a specialist focused on women’s well-being, birth, and postpartum care. Wasidah is a certified womb healer through In Grace Yoga, a sound bath practitioner with Sacral Sounds, and a doula trained by Mama Glow and The NAFSA Project School. She also holds 200-hour yoga and restorative yoga certifications.

The practice offers birth and postpartum doula support, holistic fertility guidance, womb care, yoni steaming, one-on-one yoga, sound bath meditation, and spiritual baths. Postpartum services include nourishing meals, soothing massage, and celebrations honoring mother and baby. Closing of the Bones is also offered as a traditional ceremony intended to support a mother after birth. Wasidah draws on her background in fashion design and professional styling to develop personalized approaches that may incorporate diet, exercise, meditation, and womb steaming. Her work has included collaborations with organizations such as Snapchat, LinkedIn, NYPD, NYU, AMC, and United Talent Agency.
