bei WasserKRAFT am Springhorstsee

WasserKRAFT am Springhorstsee offers water-based fitness courses in Burgwedel, Germany, in a small indoor pool beside the scenic Springhorstsee. Founded and presented by Nadine and Chris, the business creates a welcoming setting for exercise in small groups, with a comfortable water temperature of 30°C and no other public bathers during classes. Its aim is to make working out in water enjoyable and help refresh perceptions of water gymnastics.

The course program includes AQUA Fit, which combines activities to train cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance and mobility, and AQUA Gym, featuring water-based gymnastics for people seeking to improve their flexibility. The website also lists AQUA Mama among its offerings. WasserKRAFT invites participants to exercise together in a relaxed environment and provides information about its courses online. Classes take place at its indoor pool at Springhorstsee 2 in Burgwedel. Prospective participants can contact the team by phone or email to learn more about the available courses and get in touch.
