Wasted! Openair is a volunteer-run music and arts festival held beside Lake Obernzenner in Obernzenn, Germany. Organized by the self-managed collective Turbojugend Schlachthaus e.V. and the Wasted! Crew, it brings together punk, stoner rock, DIY culture, creativity, and community in a welcoming, informal setting. The organizers aim to contribute to rural culture by creating space beyond conventional events for music, art, diversity, and participation.
The festival is open to everyone who values respectful coexistence, regardless of background, identity, or personal circumstances. It stands against racism, sexism, antisemitism, and anti-LGBTQ+ hostility, and seeks to remain family-like and non-commercial, with limited ticket availability. Visitors can enjoy live bands, food, beer, the lakeside setting, and a much-loved bouncy castle. The 2027 event is scheduled for June 3–5, with its lineup still to be announced. The website provides festival information, photos, schedules, ticket purchasing, travel-sharing details, and ways to volunteer, contact the organizers, or get involved in the event.
