Wataha 71

Wataha 71 is a Wrocław-based hockey club and skating school operated by UKS 71 Hokej. Established in 2016, it brings together hockey enthusiasts, experienced players and coaches, offering activities for children, teenagers and adult amateurs. The club teaches skating from the basics, with ice-skating classes in winter and inline-skating lessons in summer. Children can start from age three, learning with instructors through exercises designed to make training enjoyable and supportive.

Wataha 71 also provides introductory ice and inline hockey training. Its programs include junior groups for children and young people, amateur senior sessions for participants aged 16 and over, and Wiedźmy 71, a women’s hockey group. Training takes place in coached group sessions, with opportunities to develop skills and participate in matches or tournaments. Activities are held at Wrocław ice and roller facilities, including venues on Toruńska and Jaksonowicka streets. New participants can attend a free trial session, and equipment is available to borrow for their first training. The club also organizes the Zachodnia Liga Amatorów, Division 71.
