The Water4All Partnership, cofunded by the European Union as part of the Horizon Europe programme, is a brand that aims to ensure water security for all. It strives to bring about systemic transformations and foster collaboration between problem owners and solution providers. Launched in June 2022, Water4All has formed a strong consortium of over 80 partners from 31 countries in the European Union and beyond.

This diverse consortium consists of representatives from academia, research and innovation funders, water management authorities, and water associations, covering the entire water Research, Development, and Innovation (RDI) chain. The objectives of Water4All are to strengthen collaboration and strategic coordination in water research and innovation, promote access to the market for innovative solutions, communicate water-related knowledge and data, provide tools for water management, and facilitate participatory development of innovation. Water4All also collaborates with other relevant R&I initiatives in the European Research Area.

By addressing water challenges and utilizing scientific research, Water4All aims to achieve water security on a large scale and in the long term, while contributing to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals and enhancing the EU's competitiveness and growth
