Watkins Baseball Academy

Watkins Baseball Academy (WBA) provides baseball instruction for young players and families seeking to build skills, confidence, and performance. Based in Central Pennsylvania, the academy serves players in Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Linglestown, Hummelstown, and New Cumberland, with online lessons available to participants elsewhere in the state, including Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. Its coaches work with a range of ages and skill levels, teaching both fundamentals and advanced techniques through clear, manageable steps tailored to each player’s strengths and goals.

WBA offers a free initial evaluation and membership subscriptions that include multiple lessons per week for consistent development. Small-group sessions are limited to four players, combining individual coach attention with a supportive, enjoyable peer setting. Instruction may focus on hitting, pitching, fielding, baserunning, mechanics, power, speed and agility, or arm strength. Online lessons cover baseball skills, drills, techniques, and exercises. Coaches may also assign practice between sessions to reinforce learning. Parent testimonials describe improvements in hitting, pitching, throwing, and catching, as well as progress toward personal and team goals.
