The Nyanga Pine Division operates at Nyanga and Dunsinane Estates, harvesting and planting logs on a 20 to 25-year rotation. The Vumba Timbers Division, located at Vumba Estate, specializes in forestry management and produces transmission poles, telephone poles, fencing poles, and droppers treated with preservatives. These products are sold throughout the SADC region and as far north as Kenya.

The Wattle Mimosa Division, located at Chimanimani and Chipinge Estates, produces Wattle Extract at the Silverstream Wattle Extract Factory. In addition to its forestry management and development, The Wattle Company is the sole producer of Wattle Extract in Zimbabwe. With an annual capacity of 6000 tons, their product is exported to Asia for use as a tannin for leather.

They are also a leading producer and marketer of charcoal, selling packaged and branded charcoal locally. The Wattle Company demonstrates a commitment to environmental issues, actively protecting indigenous evergreen mountain forests and eradicating invasive plant species in the Vumba area.
