About WautomaSprings
Wautoma Wines is the epitome of a boutique winery, crafting small-lot, hand-crafted wines from the best Cabernet Sauvignon from Wautoma Springs and Malbec from Wahluke Slope’s Stone Tree Vineyard. Founded in 2008, the partnership between Jessica, Tom Merkle, and Rachel Mercer resulted in a commitment to increasing production and opening a Tasting Room in Prosser, WA, which opened in December 2019. The team has since grown to include Shae Jenkins as Wine Club Manager and additional staff for the Tasting Room.
The brand's wines have received numerous awards, nationally and regionally, and are managed by top-rank distributors. With a wealth of experience in the industry, including managing tasting rooms and cooking, the team is dedicated to producing outstanding, sustainable Washington-certified wines. From the vineyards to the bottle, the Wautoma Wines team knows the business inside and out, and their story shines through in every bottle
