WayUp is a paragliding flight-training school based in Doussard, near Annecy, France. It specializes in SIV courses, which help pilots develop active flying skills, manage turbulence, practise rapid descent techniques, and build confidence and safety in the air. Training is offered in Annecy and Roquebrune, with two- and three-day course options.

At Annecy, pilots can also choose a four-day SIV course that includes mental preparation led by two mental coaches.
