World BASC Org.

World BASC Organization (WBO) is an international organization dedicated to strengthening security, transparency, and resilience in global trade and supply chains. Through its Business Alliance for Secure Commerce (BASC) network, it brings together companies and public- and private-sector partners across the Americas and beyond. WBO works with customs authorities, government agencies, industry associations, and international organizations to encourage cooperation and responsible trade practices.

Its services include BASC certification for companies, guidance on becoming a certified member, and access to the SIBASC platform and member resources. The BASC International Training Center offers e-learning, courses, events, and professional development for international auditors, including update and refresher training. Members can also access news, practical documents, events, and information on supply-chain security and trade trends.

WBO supports collaboration with initiatives such as U. S. Customs and Border Protection’s CTPAT program and shares information through conferences, publications, and training.

Its network spans numerous member countries, and the organization reports more than 4,700 companies in 2025
