WBE It Bûtenfjild is a Dutch wildlife management association founded in 1992, with more than 90 members who hold hunting licences and operate within its designated area. The association brings together hunters, hunting-rights lessors, land users and partner organisations to encourage cooperation in wildlife and land management. Its members undertake hunting, wildlife management and damage control, including efforts to address harm to agriculture, road safety and public health.

The local wildlife includes, in particular, hares and ducks, while management activities may also involve limiting predators such as foxes and carrion crows. Members may hunt game for personal use or donate it. WBE It Bûtenfjild works with organisations including Staatsbosbeheer, It Fryske Gea and local bird-watching groups.

The association rejects poaching and unsporting hunting. Its website provides information about the association, its working area and activities, as well as membership, wildlife sightings, news, events, governance and guidance on what a wildlife management unit does
