About WCC Penang
Women's Centre for Change (WCC) based in Penang, is a beacon of hope for women and children facing abuse, rape, or sexual assault. Providing a range of services such as face-to-face, telephone, and email counseling, temporary shelter, and legal advice, WCC ensures all cases are handled confidentially and free of charge. The organization also runs the Pusat Perkhidmatan Wanita (PPW) with similar services.
