The youth program helps students build listening skills, confidence, and lasting physical abilities through interactive classes. The adult program combines fitness with practical self-defense training. Across its programs, the school emphasizes discipline, respect, focus, and confidence, while helping students develop skills to recognize and respond to potentially dangerous situations. A belt system encourages continued focus and progress toward black belts.
