About Winnebago Cooperative Telecom Association
Winnebago Cooperative Telecom Association (WCTA) is an established telecommunications company based in Lake Mills, Iowa. With over 70 merged companies since its establishment in 1950, WCTA has evolved to become a leader in delivering advanced telecommunications services.
