The Women's Entrepreneurship Accelerator is a ground-breaking initiative aimed at inspiring, educating, and empowering women entrepreneurs worldwide. With no qualifying barriers to participate, this multi-partner collaboration was developed in consultation with six United Nations agencies to create an enabling ecosystem for women entrepreneurs. The accelerator's mission is to maximize women entrepreneurship development impact in achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Through capacity building workshops, knowledge product creation, and advocacy, the accelerator is committed to empowering 5 million women entrepreneurs by 2030. They prioritize promoting women employment, raising global awareness of women entrepreneurs' positive contributions, supporting investment mechanisms targeting women entrepreneurship, and addressing key challenges like formalization, the digital gender divide, gender-responsive procurement, innovation ecosystem, multi-stakeholder dialogues, care entrepreneurship, and women entrepreneurs in the green economy.
