We Are For Children, LLC (WAFC) is a Michigan-based pediatric physician organization serving independent pediatric practices. It was created to help members respond to changing healthcare market forces while delivering high-quality care to children, improving community health, and strengthening physicians’ professional satisfaction and practice effectiveness. WAFC focuses exclusively on pediatric issues and represents independent pediatricians in advocating for new models and systems of care that benefit patients and families.

The organization supports practices with infrastructure and resources more commonly available to larger healthcare organizations, helping them operate effectively while remaining independent. Its work also aims to help physicians and practices improve the quality and outcomes of care. WAFC emphasizes the important role pediatricians can play in the ongoing transformation of the healthcare system and offers membership for practices seeking support and advocacy around child health.

Based in Grand Rapids, the organization serves independent pediatric practices throughout Michigan. Its website provides information about membership, benefits, and how to contact the organization
