Wears Valley Fall Fest is an annual community festival presented by Keep Sevier Beautiful, a 501(c)(3) organization. Held in Wears Valley, Tennessee, the three-day event celebrates autumn with artisan crafts, regional entertainment, family activities, and food inspired by Smoky Mountain traditions. The 13th annual festival is scheduled for October 16–18, 2026, at 3179 Wears Valley Road in Sevierville.

Visitors can explore more than 16 acres featuring over 240 artisan crafters and handmade items, offering opportunities to find distinctive gifts and seasonal treasures. The program includes live music from regional musicians, family-friendly performances, and interactive activities and crafts for children. Food vendors, trucks, seasonal fall treats, and classic Southern comfort food provide plenty to enjoy throughout the event. Set against the Great Smoky Mountains, the festival also offers views of peak fall foliage.
