Weatherly Direct Primary Care LLC

Weatherly Direct Primary Care is a primary care practice led by Sarah McGinley in Wakefield, Rhode Island, serving South Kingstown and nearby communities. The practice uses a direct primary care membership model, giving patients a personal relationship with Sarah, more time during visits, direct messaging, and clear monthly pricing. Membership includes office visits and access to Sarah, without copays or surprise bills from the practice; Weatherly does not bill insurance for primary care visits.

Weatherly accepts new patients ages 16 and older and provides preventive care, annual wellness visits, health screenings, physicals, sick visits, and telehealth. Services also include support for chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, and thyroid disease, as well as women’s health exams, cervical cancer screening, breast exams, and menopause care, including hormone replacement therapy. Same- or next-day sick care may be available when clinically appropriate. Membership starts at $60 per month for patients ages 16 and 17, with rates for adults and Medicare-age patients.
