Webhead Capital LLC

Webhead Capital LLC is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business based in Madison, Alabama. Founded by former Army crew chief and aviator CW2 Phil Webber, the company combines aviation maintenance experience with technical training, engineering, and program management expertise.

Its core offering is custom 3D animated and narrated technical training for operating and maintaining equipment. Designed for mobile access, the videos bring technical manual information, industry practices, and subject-matter expertise together in practical, on-the-job instruction. The programs are intended to help operators and maintainers work more safely and productively, avoid preventable errors, and revisit training when needed. Webhead’s approach can be adapted to aircraft, unmanned systems, missiles, weapons systems, vehicles, vessels, and machinery.

The company has developed training and eLearning courseware for power plants, water treatment facilities, engines, and orthopedic specialists. It also offers program management and engineering support, including foreign military sales analysis, maintenance evaluation, aviation test support, and modernization program assistance. Its past work includes support for U.S. Army aviation organizations and Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of National Guard.
