Wecare@work is a consulting firm and training organization that specializes in the inclusion of health situations in the workplace. With our expertise, we aim to improve the quality of life at work for all employees and reduce absenteeism by addressing chronic illnesses in the workplace. Our comprehensive solutions include a web-app and associated services that enable employers to promote health prevention, train their employees in inclusion, and provide support for serious or chronic illnesses.

Our web-app offers a prevention space, providing well-being capsules for self-care and team care in any circumstance. We also have dedicated and confidential spaces for individuals with illnesses, caregivers, and managers, strengthening support in case of disease. Through interactive and engaging courses, we help educate all employees on topics such as illness inclusion, the situation of caregivers, and invisible disabilities.

At Wecare@work, our solutions are developed by a startup made up of individuals who have personal experiences with illness. We combine our professional expertise with our firsthand knowledge as patients or caregivers to help employers and employees successfully balance health, work, and performance.
