WECO Alliance, or the West-East Cooperative Ecosystems Alliance, is an open academy promoted by QIAO LAB SHANGHAI. It brings together companies, investors, institutions, corporations, and individuals who see international cooperation as a way to foster development and create local value. Its mission is to help people and organizations overcome barriers between ecosystems, countries, and regions by encouraging the exchange of expertise, resources, and infrastructure.
WECO supports open innovation and cross-border collaboration through several programs and services.
