Wedaway Events is a boutique destination wedding planning studio based in Costa del Sol, Spain, creating bespoke celebrations for couples marrying across the Mediterranean. Since 2015, the team has planned more than 250 weddings, combining a central planning contact with local regional support and established venue and supplier relationships. Its main destinations are Spain, Italy and Greece, with experience also extending to Cyprus.

The studio specializes in intimate, refined weddings that pair thoughtful design with the relaxed character of Mediterranean life. Services include venue sourcing, budget planning, vendor and supplier scouting, guest logistics and accommodation, wedding styling, and coordination. Couples can choose support tailored to their needs: final-weeks and wedding-day coordination, guided venue and vendor selection, or full planning and design for a multi-day wedding weekend.

Wedaway Events aims to make planning from abroad feel organized and personal, handling practical details while shaping celebrations around each couple’s vision. Planning services start at €2,000 plus VAT; full planning and design are priced at 15% of the total wedding budget.
