Wedge Brewing Company is an Asheville, North Carolina, neighborhood brewery founded in 2008. With two locations in the River Arts District—Wedge Studios and Foundy Street—it brings people together to enjoy good beer, food, music, and community. Food is part of the taproom experience, with resident food trucks serving at the locations. Trucking Delicious offers comfort-food favorites such as specialty burgers, patty melts, pimento cheese sandwiches, and hot dogs at Wedge Studios. Burger Billy, from the team behind Taco Billy, serves smashburgers at Foundy Street. Wedge’s Grove Arcade location is closed.
