The Weekend Food Festival is a unique event that brings together all those for whom food is an integral part of their work, from the world’s best chefs, experts in the field of gastronomy, the food industry and catering to gourmet lovers, and it will be held in Rovinj from April 14-16, 2023, at the Old Tobacco Factory. The first edition of the Weekend Food Festival in Rovinj gathered more than 2,500 participants over three days, through a conference, workshops, more than sixty food and beverage exhibitors and a gala dinner of local and international chefs, with the aim to learn, enjoy and connect. . . Festival jedinstveni je događaj koji za istim stolom okuplja sve one kojima je hrana sastavni dio posla, od najboljih svjetskih chefova, stručnjaka iz područja gastronomije, prehrambene industrije i ugostiteljstva pa sve do gourmet zaljubljenika, a održat će se u Rovinju od 14. do 16. travnja 2023. u Staroj tvornici duhana. Prvo izdanje Weekend Food Festivala u Rovinju u tri je dana, kroz konferenciju, radionice, više od šezdeset izlagača hrane i pića te gala večere domaćih i svjetskih chefova, okupilo više od 2500 sudionika s ciljem učenja, uživanja i povezivanja. Massimo Bottura, Ana Roš i Dabiz Munoz samo su neka od imena koja su svojim nastupima napunili dvorane stare tvornice duhana u Rovinju, a u novom izdanju očekuje nas još više programa, gostujućih chefova, masterclassova, gala večera, te raznoliku ponudu hrane uz zabavu, koja je neizostavni dio ovog festivala.
