About The Weeping Radish
The Weeping Radish, North Carolina's first microbrewery, has been a pioneer in craft brewing since its establishment in 1986 by Uli Bennewitz in Manteo. With a commitment to quality, every brew is crafted in accordance with the Bavarian Reinheitsgebot Purity Law of 1516, ensuring that only four ingredients—hops, malt, yeast, and water—are utilized, free from additives and preservatives.
