WeGro Global is an agri fintech brand that focuses on facilitating access to finance, input, and the marketplace for smallholder farmers in Bangladesh. With projects spanning over 23 zones, WeGro connects individual and institutional financiers with farmers and their agricultural initiatives. Through their mobile app platform, available on both Android and iOS, users can easily secure finance for various agricultural projects, including cattle, poultry, fisheries, and vegetables.

Currently, WeGro is working with over 1,000 farmers across 18 zones, aiming to address the lack of access to finance that almost 10 million farmers face in Bangladesh. In addition to investment and guidance, WeGro also provides farmers with access to agricultural input and markets. All projects are thoroughly monitored, scrutinized, insured, and open for financiers to visit.

WeGro sells the resulting products to their partners, ensuring fair prices for the farmers. As a Shariah-compliant brand, financiers receive a share of the profit, leading to higher returns on investment compared to other financial instruments.
