The company serves more than 1,200 business customers, including specialist shops, online retailers, delivery services, farm shops, market stalls, and commercial kitchens using certified organic food. Its range includes over 12,000 products, from fruit and vegetables, dairy, cheese, meat, fish, bakery goods, wine, and frozen foods to natural cosmetics and other non-food items.

Weiling combines leading brands and new products with bioladen*, its exclusive private label available only to Weiling customers. The company supports retailers with regional and specialist advice, customer service, store development, online retail and marketing guidance, and product expertise. Through the Weiling Academy, it offers seminars on topics such as food categories, business management, and sales promotion, attracting around 4,000 participants annually.

Two logistics centers in Germany use automated storage systems and high-bay warehouses to support efficient, professional deliveries. Weiling received the 2024 German Sustainability Award in the food wholesale category
