Dorfgemeinschaft Kattenes is the local community organization behind the Wein- und Heimatfest in Kattenes, bringing residents and visitors together to celebrate the village, its wine culture, and local heritage. Its website is a central source of information about the festival, including event programs, sponsors, and updates for upcoming editions. Visitors can also explore photographs from recent years, a photo archive, historical material about the village and festival, profiles of the wine royalty, and past festival publications and flyers.

The organization supports community participation beyond the main celebration. In September 2026, it is arranging a group outing to the wine festival in Boppard, inviting Kattenes residents and festival volunteers. The Dorfgemeinschaft is covering return travel tickets and refreshments for the journey there, with registration requested in advance. The site also provides a contact form for questions and suggestions. With its mix of event information, local history, images, and community announcements, Dorfgemeinschaft Kattenes helps preserve and share the traditions that make the village’s wine and home festival a local gathering point.
