Seit 1959 bewirtschaftet die Familie Wiesinger das Weingut Wiesinger, welches heute 4,55 ha an Rebflächen in Spannberg und den umliegenden Gemeinden umfasst. Durch naturnahen und umweltschonenden Weinbau werden höchste Qualitätsstufen erzielt. Begrünung in den Weingartenzeilen stoppt nicht nur Bodenerosion und verbessert den Humusgehalt, sondern schafft auch Lebensraum für eine Vielzahl an Nützlingen. Die Trauben werden traditionell von Hand gelesen, gerebelt und im Keller gekeltert. Nach kontrollierter Gärung, müssen die Weißweine in Edelstahltanks und die Rotweine in Holzfässern sowie Barriques heranreifen, bevor sie zu höchstem Genuss führen dürfen. Es gehören doch auch einige Obstbäume zum Betrieb. Aus deren Früchten werden in mühevollster Arbeit, feinste Edelbrände gewonnen.
