West Ripley Baptist Church, founded in 1965, is a community of dedicated believers in Jesus Christ. Our humble beginnings started with a revival held by Rev. John Snedden of the Ohio Baptist Convention, where a small group of Godly men and women gathered.

Over the years, we've experienced God's blessings and growth. In 1968, we completed our first building, and in 1995, we added a library, a beautiful sanctuary, and office space. Located on the hill above NAPA in West Ripley, we stand as a beacon of faith in our community.

As an independent and autonomous congregation, we affiliate with the Immanuel Baptist Association to support local church planting and missions. We also partner with the West Virginia Convention of Southern Baptists and the Southern Baptist Convention to fulfill the Great Commission through volunteer and full-time missionaries across the nation and the world. Join us on Sunday mornings for Sunday School at 9:30 and Morning Worship at 10:45, both in-person and through our live-stream/recordings.
