WelcomeAide is a Canadian nonprofit society based in Vancouver, British Columbia, focused on helping newcomers navigate life in Canada. Its mission is to reduce barriers created by language differences, complex systems, and difficulty finding support. The organization uses AI to provide immediate, personalized guidance in multiple languages, helping people connect with services and make informed decisions as they settle in.

WelcomeAide offers free online tools and guides for key parts of the settlement journey. These include a Canadian-style resume builder, cover letter generator, interview preparation, settlement checklist, cost calculator, benefits finder, and practical information on taxes, housing, banking, jobs, language preparation, phone plans, and newcomers’ rights. Its AI Newcomer Navigator, called Aida, provides answers to settlement questions, with support available in 21 languages. Certified translation and official document translation services are also listed.

WelcomeAide invites individuals and organizations to volunteer, partner, or donate. It is also working toward community programs such as classes, workshops, meetups, mentorship, and family activities to help newcomers build connections and thrive.
