Welcome to My World Autism is a Connecticut-based nonprofit founded by parents Livia and Stephen Arasimowicz to support autistic individuals and their families. After finding limited resources for their own family, the co-founders created the organization to provide support, share insight, and raise awareness of autism’s effects on individuals, families, and society. Since 2010, it has hosted events intended to educate and comfort families, while working with parents and educators to help autistic children thrive at school and build productive adult lives.

The organization offers family support meetings, social and educational activities, and programs focused on communication, computer skills, social skills, field trips, and drug awareness. Its community events include sensory-friendly outings, fundraisers, walks, picnics, and the annual Tyler Stephen Arasimowicz Scholarship Golf Tournament. Donations support student sponsorships, scholarships, respite checks, and program development; the organization reports awarding 10 scholarships for study at Central Connecticut State University. Volunteers, donors, and community partners help extend its work.
