Wellness and Birth

Wellness & Birth is a midwifery and wellbeing practice led by Karin Siegler, a certified midwife, IBCLC lactation consultant, safe baby sleep consultant, fasting specialist, nutritionist, and dietitian. With more than 30 years of professional experience supporting families across cultures and countries, Karin offers compassionate, practical guidance grounded in clinical knowledge and a holistic approach.

The practice supports people through pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, postpartum recovery, newborn care, and early parenthood, including both parents in family support. Services also include personalised nutrition and fasting guidance focused on energy, metabolic health, recovery, and long-term wellbeing. Clients can choose one-to-one consultations, courses, or an introductory discovery call to discuss their needs and find an appropriate next step.

Wellness & Birth also hosts Midwife Live Talk, a supportive community where women can ask questions and learn through shared experiences related to pregnancy, postpartum life, baby care, and wellbeing. Whether seeking professional midwifery care, infant-feeding support, or broader health guidance, families are welcomed with respect for their individual journeys, cultures, and stages of life.
