Wellness by Kimberly is a holistic wellness brand founded by Kimberly, a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach and Feng Shui decluttering consultant. She supports women, particularly those over 40, in changing unhealthy habits, reducing food guilt, and building a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. Her approach combines anti-inflammatory nourishment, intuitive eating, mindfulness, sustainable routines, and community support, without restrictive diets or pressure to be perfect.

Kimberly offers a signature 21-Day Detox Circle, an ongoing membership community, and private one-to-one mentorship and coaching. The Detox Circle provides a guided structure, weekly support, coaching, and accountability, while the membership offers continued connection and guidance.
