Wellness with Terry

Wellness With Terry is a natural health and functional nutrition brand founded by Terry Pilch, a Certified Functional Nutrition Practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in integrative nutrition. Drawing on her personal health journey and work supporting clients, Terry focuses on exploring potential root causes of symptoms and helping people make sustainable changes to support energy, focus, digestion, and overall wellbeing.

The brand’s offerings include the Brain Longevity Blueprint, a six-module course designed to teach participants about nutrition, the gut-brain connection, and practical steps for supporting health. Visitors can also download the free Brain Longevity Blueprint guide and Real Food Real Fast recipe booklet, featuring simple meals made with nutritious ingredients. The Healing Kitchen Collective provides recipes and cooking resources centered on nourishing food and sustainable longevity. Wellness With Terry also shares wellness recommendations and offers guidance through its programs. Its approach emphasizes functional nutrition and everyday strategies rather than rigid protocols or quick fixes, with the goal of helping people build lasting, health-supportive habits.
