The Well Rested Mama

Well Rested Mama is an infant and toddler sleep coaching service founded by Cara Walker and based in Clearwater, Florida. The business helps parents build healthy sleep routines through guidance tailored to each child and family. Drawing on her experience as an elementary school teacher and her training in sleep consulting through Cradle Coach Academy, Cara offers support for families navigating bedtime challenges, night waking, naps, and daily schedules.

Services include a do-it-yourself sleep training package for children aged four months and older, covering topics such as sleep environments, nutrition, sleep cycles, wake windows, and extending naps. Families can also choose a personalized sleep plan created after an assessment of their child’s habits, with email support, or an enhanced plan that adds an intensive evaluation and a phone training session. Well Rested Mama provides free consultations and educational resources, including baby sleep tips, a regression guide, and a newborn daily log organizer.
