Wellswood Homes

Wellswood Homes is a property development company based in Farnham, creating and renovating homes across Surrey and Hampshire. The company specialises in luxury new builds and also undertakes full renovations, design and consultation work, extensions, and projects tailored to each client’s pace and needs. Its portfolio includes Forest Fall, a Scandinavian-inspired renovation; Sandalwood, a classic modern full renovation; Rosewood, a modern farmhouse new build; and Greenacres, a county cottage new build.

Wellswood Homes describes its preferred interiors as classic modern, with neutral colours and natural materials. For home exteriors, it aims to choose designs that suit or blend with the surrounding area. Design work typically takes three to four months, while more extensive projects, such as extensions and new builds, are estimated to take six months to two years. Fees vary according to the service and project, with an hourly rate available for design and consultation. The company mainly serves Surrey and Hampshire, while considering work elsewhere. It also shares project examples and before-and-after transformations through its portfolio and blog.
