Wellton Care

Wellton Care provides counseling, life coaching and therapy for people facing addiction, difficult relationship patterns and challenges within their families. The practice welcomes clients without judgment and takes a personal, compassionate approach, looking beyond symptoms to understand the underlying dynamics affecting wellbeing. Support includes help with alcohol and cocaine addiction, relationship addiction and dependency, as well as family and family-system coaching when communication, balance or connection has been disrupted.

Rather than offering standard programs, Wellton Care develops tailored support around each person’s circumstances and goals, whether they are seeking greater stability, insight, change or recovery. The practice also collaborates with other professionals to provide thoughtful, broader support. Wellton Care is led by Mariska Salux, who works as an outpatient addiction and family therapist and is also active at Salux, a private clinic for mental wellbeing and recovery.

When outpatient support may not be enough, she can help clients consider whether clinical admission is appropriate, supporting continuity before, during and after a possible stay
