Wellyou

Its studios offer modern equipment and a range of training options, including strength and cardio workouts, group classes and personal training. Members can also use the mescan body-analysis system, which measures indicators such as body composition, stress level, heart-rate variability and metabolic status. These results can inform individual training recommendations and support guidance on exercise, nutrition and recovery.

Beyond gym access, wellyou offers services designed to encourage consistent training and make membership more rewarding. The free wellyou Deals app lets members collect points through studio visits and exchange them for rewards, including merchandise, fitness accessories, complimentary training and reduced fees. Its referral programme gives both an existing member and a friend a free month when the friend joins, with further rewards for additional referrals. Through wellyou works, employers can support staff fitness costs and provide access to the company’s studios.
