Wellyssar is a gaming project centered on an x1-rate Lineage II Interlude server, presented as a Ukrainian low-rate community with support for Russian and Ukrainian languages. The server uses a modern client and emphasizes a streamlined Interlude experience, retaining core gameplay while offering features intended to reduce repetitive play. Passive buffs and auto-farm are available, allowing players to focus on solo or group adventures without relying on tedious multi-boxing.

Players can create an account, access connection and getting-started information, and follow server updates and statistics through the website. Wellyssar also promotes a community Discord server and a forum for player interaction. Its services include an exchange for game valuables, with direct asset trading advertised as taking place without middlemen.

The site provides project rules, terms of service, privacy information, and support contacts. Wellyssar describes itself as a demonstration project and notes that rights to game-related content belong to their respective owners, with removal available upon request by rights holders
