West 39 Minor Hockey is a community hockey organization that brings together players from three communities to support a positive and sustainable minor hockey experience. The association was formed in response to declining player numbers, particularly among older age groups, which made it difficult for individual communities to maintain their own teams. By combining players, West 39 Hockey aims to help grow the game and provide opportunities for players, coaches, and referees across the shared community.

The organization offers local half-ice teams for U7 and U9 players, while U11 through U18 players participate on evaluated, tiered teams. Its website provides information about registration, ice schedules and locations, tournaments, and resources for coaches and managers. Families and community members can also find U7 and U9 program information, bylaws and objectives, policies and procedures, meeting minutes, links, and executive contact details. Registration information for the 2026/27 season is featured, with registration scheduled to open June 1, 2026. West 39 Minor Hockey also acknowledges support from sponsors and community donors.
