The West End Shelter for Animals, established in June 1954, is a well-known no-kill, non-profit organization and pet placement center located in Ontario, California. We are dedicated to finding loving homes for animals in Southern California. As of January 2, 2023, we have officially reopened to the public! At our shelter, you'll find a wide range of pets available for adoption.

Whether you're looking for a furry friend or want to participate in our Pay It Forward program, our website provides information on our animals, adoption process, and how you can contribute. We also offer vaccinations for pets and have various hours for adoptions and viewing, ensuring convenience for potential pet parents. To support our cause, you can make a donation towards our Lois' Legacy Voucher program, which assists with spaying and neutering pets.

We also appreciate donations of supplies like dog and cat food, towels, blankets, and more. Additionally, you can shop at over 2,000 stores through iGive. com, and a portion of your purchase will go towards supporting the West End Shelter for Animals.

Stay connected with us on social media, check out our Amazon Wishlist, or reach out to us via text or email. We rely on the generosity of our supporters to continue our mission of finding forever homes for animals in need
