Western Door Hockey

Western Door Hockey is a youth hockey program welcoming players up to age 16, from beginners with no experience to those with a range of skill levels. Its message, “One game . . . all in!”, reflects a focus on making hockey accessible and helping young people develop their abilities while enjoying the sport. For the 2026–27 season, the organization invites families to register players and take part in its training programs and team activities.

Instruction covers learning to skate for hockey, improving skating mechanics and edge control, and developing puck control, passing, and shooting. Players can also learn about hockey positions and team play, with opportunities to make friends through the game.
